Starting off with the good, the staff was sweet, helpful, and welcoming. The cafe was delicious. The ease of check in was great. Valet was helpful and speedy. The bad was the cleanliness of our room. When you initially walk into the hotel it’s pristine and clean. Our room was otherwise. There was dust build up on the bathroom door. The shower definitely wasn’t cleaned between us and the last guest as there was things on the floor of it. Our bedding looked like it was just put on from the last guest. There was dried blood on my blankets, fresh stains on my pillow cases and pillows themselves. Overall a good stay, but the cleanliness was not great.

I was harassed by the valet parking, they would not leave me alone and refused to let me enter my room till they had my key. I was parking off campus due to work reasons but they wouldn't let me. My vehicle is a work vehicle and im the only person legally allowed to drive it. They still insisted

The rooms are fine. The location can't be beat if you have a Cleveland Clinic appt otherwise it is not a good locations. I did have a poor experience with valet service. The valet messed with many settings in my car which is unprofessional. The radio was switched off Sirius XM to a local R&B station, the seat was significantly reclined, seat was fully backed up (crushing a decorative item in back footwell), my driver seat memory positions were erased, and my climate controls had multiple settings changed off auto to manual settings (I never do this). The only thing a valet should adjust are items they would need to safely drive the car. Don't change settings to your preferences.

Hotel was ok and the healthline bus line was convenient to get to downtown. Do not bring a car to this hotel. They have almost no free on site parking and unless you wanna take a bath on the $26 per night overnight valet service you have to park at the hospital garage which is a few blocks away.
