This hotel is very clean & convenient if you are a patient at the Cleveland Clinic Hospital. They have a shuttle that takes you to and from any of the hospital's facilities throughout the day and night FREE of charge if you stay at the Holiday Inn. The hotel itself is very nice. They are very decorative for the holiday season. It smells very clean. The hotel throughout is very quiet and relaxing. The employees were kind and informative. They have a bar, cafe, pool and gym also located within the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place walkable to the hospital, also has a sbuttle

I love the proximity of this hotel to the Cleveland Clinic! Cost effective, clean, staff is friendly, rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable! Nice size swimming pool! This is my go to place every year I go to the Cleveland Clinic. Walking distance to the hotel, or take their free shuttle.

there was some confusion on the prepaid breakfast it's not included with room service but I was told that it was . as far as I know they made it right and didn't charge me but I haven't gotten my bill yet . other than that the staff was very nice
