Couldn't make it to hotel, since toddler got sick. Unfortunately it was non-refundable book. But staff of hotel understood our situation and cancelled our booking for free. Its a great gesture. Appreciate it.

Great stay for cleveland clinic. Short 10min drive to everything else. I love the high ceilings and all the natural light. Pool and gym areas are very clean also. Bring your own hdmi cords to connect TV to Netflix and other apps.

I have stayed here many times while my sister was a patient at the Cleveland Clinic. Getting to and from the hospital is a breeze with the shuttle service and the front desk reps are always very pleasant and accommodating. The facility is always very clean and beds are comfortable. The only negative is the lighting on the bathroom mirror - not conducive to putting on makeup, but I have found a lot of hotels are going to this type of lighting around the mirrors - just not enough - did not have women in mind.

The service and experience depends on the day and the people on the clock! Restaurant serves good food.... whole experience is EXPENSIVE which I find sad because the majority of the people there are because a loved one is either in the hospital or being treated at the hospital on a daily basis. So the fact that this place is so extraordinarily expensive is sort of a slap in the face to the people who go to Cleveland clinic.
