From the moment i was discharged from the clinic everyone could not be nice enough. The attendants helped me from the shuttle all the way to my room. Right down to placing a glass of water next to the bed. The next morning from the room to our vehicle. Amazing place.

The room was very nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were amazing- comfiest bed I've ever slept on at a hotel. Valet parking was nice even though it was an extra $18.

This Holiday Inn was fantastic! Very clean rooms and quiet. The lobby restaurant was great. Our server, Christopher, was outstanding! The food was great. We could relax before a member of our party has tests in the morning. The shuttle service from this hotel to Cleveland Clinic was terrific. Dropped us off at the door. Our valet, Erik, was friendly and fun to talk with. Stay here. Thank you everyone at this hotel.

I have stayed here many times while my sister was a patient at the Cleveland Clinic. Getting to and from the hospital is a breeze with the shuttle service and the front desk reps are always very pleasant and accommodating. The facility is always very clean and beds are comfortable. The only negative is the lighting on the bathroom mirror - not conducive to putting on makeup, but I have found a lot of hotels are going to this type of lighting around the mirrors - just not enough - did not have women in mind.
