This hotel is great for families with relatives being treated at the Cleveland Clinic. The only bad aspects are that 1. It is very expensive. 2. If you do not select valet parking, you have to park about 1/4 mile away from the hotel.

We stay here several times a year. Staff is great and accommodating. Nearly all rooms have been renovated and usually cleaned better than most hotels clean. We've never encountered any bug issues and the on-site restaurant is good. Sometimes the pool water is cold, but recently warmer.

Hotel very nice, clean and staff was mostly pleasant. My only negative would be the Valet Service. I was told we could call or text Valet to bring car around so it would be out front by time we were downstairs. ( I was given text #, I sent text) When we got out front it was not the case. When i questioned, I was told by one Valet attendant outside "the text does not work" and by person in the Valet office "there is no text", and I would have to wait another 10 to 15 minutes for my car, no sense of urgency no apology for being misinformed. We waited almost 30 minutes. Several Valet attendants just hanging around?

The hotel and room was nice but not nicer than any other Holiday Inn. The staff was wonderful.
