The Good: This was a Great place to stay! Very clean, fantastic staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Everyone was Great! Only negative.. Parking.. Probably 9 free Parking spaces on the street and only 3 ADA spaces. We are IHG Members so we get our rooms from the App. The IHG App shows NOTHING about parking being "Vallet Parking Only" paying almost $30 a night! I was told from the front desk staff that it's on the "Website" but not on the App. That would have been good to know I'm being forced to pay an additional $30 a night to stay here. For this reason alone, I cannot give 5 stars. Everything else was perfect! Oh, the TV was kinda small for this Higher Class Holiday Inn.

This was the second time staying at the Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic and was once again a great experience! Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms clean, quiet, and comfortable and the food was delicious! I will definitely stay again when returning to Cleveland Clinic!

Walking distance within main campus of Cleveland clinic plus free shuttle bus services available. Very clean and renovated rooms. The highlight is experiencing the Hotels restaurant and bar- Daily specials. After a long day at Cleveland clinic it's great to relax at the bar restaurant. We experienced Fantastic /friendly service by the host/Manager Tamika and her staff especially Sonya. Great stay!!!

I love how I can self check (fast) in and request early arrival as needed. My room is a little worn, i.e. corner of shower, worn arm rest on chair in room, visible box springs not enclosed with mattress sheet. I love the quiet of my room at the end of the hallway away from the elevator. I like the option of 💚 greenstay to add points. The accessible ability to Cleveland Clinic via shuttle is perfect. It makes having to valet my car at a cost okay.
