The hotel is in excellent condition, the staff was accommodating for several special requests, they offer a patient rate, parking is valet only ($25 per night) and worked well for us, and the shuttle service to and from Cleveland Clinic worked well and made things easier.

Jasmine handled a packed bar and restaurant like a PRO!!! Detailed, fast, fun, and uplifting to every customer.

Wonderful establishment. Very clean. Bed was beyond comfortable. Very friendly, helpful and competent staff. The parking is a bit different in that you must used the valet parking due to the location, thus the 4 stars.

The hotel rooms are pretty nice. There is no ice machine on every floor - only on 1,3,5,7,9. The room price could be a little better. I didn't like the Valet parking, plus it costs $18 per day and you have to use it if you park at the hotel.
