I loved the rooms. The beds were so comfortable. The pillows were soft and everybody was just so nice

I was here for ...

I was here for appts at Cleveland Clinic. Everyone, except the front desk were very cheerful and helpful. The room was very clean and well equipped for my needs. The bed was very comfortable. Jacob, at valet, was so friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me.
