My kids and i visited for the weekend and Alfred at the breakfast bar made my trip, his sunny demeanor and kindness while helping me was amazing. I would visit again and recommend this hotel just because of Alfred.

breakfast was awesome in particular due to your employee Jen. She is a credit to your organization. Jen always has a smile and a warm greeting for all her guests. She works hard to make sure every guest is taken care of.

Every team member I encounter was so welcoming and helpful! It is also just a 5 minute walk to the front doors of the Cleveland Clinic.

The hotel was very clean and was decorated with Christmas lights and sparkle. We enjoyed the dining area available from breakfast through ten at night. My husband was in the hospital for surgery and I had some odd-timed comings and goings so it was very helpful. The food was good and plentiful. The desk manager was able to extend my discharge because I wasn't sure of leaving time. I did end up staying another night. Our room was large and had a desk and a recliner chair. The hotel is very convenient to Cleveland Clinic by using the CC shuttle buses which make a stop right in front of the Holiday Inn.
