The refrigerator was trying to dethaw itself. Creating lots of water...needs to be checked

We had to come to Cleveland for my Dad to have testing done at the Cleveland Clinic. Out of other hotels in the area this was definitely the most affordable. The staff has been very friendly. It's clean and has simple, nice decor. My only complaint is that every food and drink option is kind of expensive. Also it is $25 a day to use their valet parking garage. The nearest non valet option is $10 a day and you have to walk a bit. They do have a free shuttle service that makes getting to and from Cleveland clinic a breeze. That does kind of make up for the parking expense I guess. All in all our stay has been a pleasant one.

Very convenient for patients. Great service with nice restaurant. Frequent shuttle service for hospitals available.

Room was ready earlier than we expected. It was clean. The location was perfect neat the Cleveland Clinic.
