Our room was clean and beds comfortable. Front desk and valet employees were friendly and accommodating. On site restaraunt and cafe served us a wonderful dinner, breakfast and mocha! Shuttle service to Cleveland Clinic was icing on the cake! We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

There was a sweet lady at the front desk early each morning whose name started with a V, maybe Vanessa. She was so kind to me when I was having a difficult time one morning while my husband was at Cleveland Clinic. I appreciated her so much. The room was always refreshed each day and beds were comfortable.

Jen the waitress at breakfast was awesome! She made my stay memorable. She has my vote for employee of the year. After getting out of open heart I spent three days there recovering. She helped me get my breakfast, and made sure I was OK throughout the meal. I was so weak I could hardly eat. When I went to pay, she had already taken care of my bill. Thank You Jen Your generosity touched my heart.
